At Pure Relaxation - both our customers as well as our staff health and well-being are the up-most important to us. We would like to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and to create a safe environment for you and our team.

At the time you book your appointment, please confirm that you are feeling fit/healthy and showing no symptoms of COVID-19.

The way our salons operate have now changed to ensure we can protect both our customers and team’s health and well-being, this means:

1. Your therapist will greet you at the front door and welcome you into the salon and will take your body temperature using non-contact infrared thermometer.
2. You will be required to fill in a COVID-19 declaration & questionnaire form on arrival for Track & Trace purposes.
3. You will also be asked to wash or sanitize your hands upon entry to the salon.
4. There will be no waiting areas inside the salons, therefore please arrive promptly to your appointment alone and wait at the door of the salon.
